MNC Bank is Ready to Develop Infrastructure and Mobile Banking

JAKARTA - PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (MNC Bank) continues to increase its service to customers. One of them is by developing infrastructure and mobile banking.

""We built modern branch office to get closer to the customers so that customers become comfortable. We also added the areas,"" said Director of MNC Bank Benny Purnomo at branch office of MNC Bank in MNC Tower, Monday (9/7/2015 ).

In addition, to help customers in big cities as Jakarta, MNC Bank will launch mobile banking. Hopefully, this service can facilitate customers' transactions.

""We are ready with a mobile banking system; furthermore we already asked permission to the FSA. We may launch our mobile banking system in one or two months,"" he said.

On the other hand, it also improves the quality of Human Resources (HR) for better customer satisfaction.

""We will also develop our front liner and HR team. We guide them to think that customer’s satisfaction is important.” He added.
