An Indonesian citizen, born in 1953. Rosano Barack has served as President Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom Tbk since May 29, 1998, as decided in the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in Deed No. 1 dated June 2, 1998. He has also been President Director of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk since 1998
He graduated in 1979 from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.
He has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors.
Independent Commissioners
An Indonesian Citizen, born in 1955. Mohamed Idwan Ganie has served as Independent Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom Tbk since June 19, 2006, as decided in the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in Deed No. 73 dated June 19, 2006.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University Indonesia, obtained a Doctor of Law degree from the University Hamburg and a Fellow degree from the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb). He is admitted to the bar as an Advocate/Counsel and is a licensed Capital Market Lawyer. Currently, he is also a senior partner with the law firm Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo (LGS) in Jakarta, specializing in commercial transactions and litigation.
He is the Chairman of the Association of Indonesian Antitrust Lawyers (PERKUMPUS) and the President of the Indonesian Court of Arbitration for Sport (BAKI). He is member of several domestic and international professional associations and is also board member of the Global Leadership Board of the US-Asia Institute (USAI) in Washington DC.
In dispute resolution, he is an arbitrator at domestic and international arbitration institutions at, among others, Indonesian National Arbitration Agency (BANI), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne.
Meanwhile in the academic field, he is the lecturer for Legal Research and Legal Writing at the Faculty of Law of the University Indonesia.

John Aristianto Prasetio has served as Independent Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom Tbk since May 20, 2015, as decided in the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in Deed No. 49 dated May 20, 2015. Currently, he also serves as President Commissioner of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, President Commissioner of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, and Senior Advisor at Crowe Indonesia.
He served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Indonesia to the Republic of Korea from October 2012 through February 1, 2017. Prior to his appointment in Korea, he was the Indonesia Chair of APEC Business Advisory Council, Member of the National Economic Committee, and also Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia).
His experience includes as Executive Chairman of Prasetio Utomo, Asia Pacific Chief Executive Officer/Area Managing Partner of Andersen Worldwide, Senior Advisory Partner of Ernst & Young Asia Pacific, and Chairman of Ernst & Young Indonesia.
He graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia in 1973 and has attended various executive programs abroad including the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School, USA in 1980.

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1959. Beti Puspitasari Santoso has served as Independent Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom Tbk since July 27, 2015, as decided in the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in Deed No. 95 dated July 27, 2015.
She formerly served at Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia (1987-1995) with her last position as Branch Leader, Associate Director of PT MNC Investama Tbk (1996-1999), and Director of PT MNC Investama Tbk (2000-2002). She also served as Committee Head of Indonesian Securities Companies Association (APEI) (2001-2005) and President Director of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (2002-2004). In 2004-2007, she served as Director of PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI), and again in 2009-2013, then she was Vice President Director of RCTI (2013-2014).
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Parahyangan University Bandung in 1985.
