MNC Bank Cooperates with Ciputra Group and Century 21

JAKARTA - PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (MNC Bank) signed a cooperation agreement with Ciputra Residence and Century 21 to extend its range and facilitate community to own the property.

President Director of MNC Bank Benny Purnomo said, Ciputra Group is one of the leaders of property developers in Indonesia.

"Credit property ownership (KPP) MNC Bank in the first quarter of 2015 grew very well with the increase in credit disbursement up to 320% compared to first quarter in 2014," he said after the signing of the agreement in Jakarta, Friday (19/06/2015).

In the first semester of 2015, MNC Bank targets the increase will be higher than the loan disbursement, four times higher than first semester of 2014.

He said he hoped the support and cooperation with Ciputra will successfully achieve its KPP growth target. Both sides agreed to give useful program and help people in KPP process. MNC Bank offers KPP for various types of residential buildings, apartments, shops and other property types.

Director of Ciputra Group and Century 21 Meiko Handoyo Lukmantara said, MNC Bank has bank interest and its channeling has been quite good and competitive.

“There is a greater opportunity for ownership of property. Our development can keep pace with the development of MNC Bank netwroks, "Meiko said. He added that the project is ready to be worked as in Maja, Tangerang which has a lot of consumers. Jambi also has great volume potential.

"We've been selling 6,000 units last year in Maja. We also have market share of 600 ha township in Jambi. This cooperation is quite right, "he said.
