MNC Land Prepares Rp1,5 Trillion for Capex in 2015

JAKARTA – PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) prepares Rp1,5 Trillion funds for project development capital expenditure in 2015.

Daniel Yuwono, Director of MNC Land, said the company's capital expenditure (capex) this year of Rp 1.5 trillion for three major projects.

"The capital expenditure is associated with the project buildings which are being constructed, approximately Rp1 trillion," Daniel said in a public expose in Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday (27/05/2015).

He added, capital expenditures for the development of Lido Integrated Resort and theme parks as well as Bali Nirwana Resort reached Rp400 billion.

Furthermore, stock-coded KPIG also budgeted capital expenditure for operations, maintenance, and others around Rp100 billion.
