• Customer Satisfaction: Great Opportunity for MNC Bank to Develop Its Company

    JAKARTA - President Director of PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (MNC Bank) Benny Purnomo assesses customer satisfaction is important to develop the company.

    According to him, customer satisfaction is the basis for the development of a company.

    "A company will not be able to grow or develop if it cannot obtain satisfaction from the customer," he said at MNC Bank Branch Office in MNC Tower, Monday (09/07/2015).

    Furthermore, he explained, customers who are satisfied with company service will be loyal to it. Customer loyalty will be the focus for MNC Bank. By providing good service to customers, he continued, loyal customers will continue to make transactions.

    "And finally, thet will provide benefits to MNC Bank and MNC Bank will be a huge bank," he said.

    As information, since it was taken over by MNC Group, the focus of MNC Bank changes from the corporate customers into retail customers.
