• Following Trump Partnership, MNC Land and Korea LH Spearhead a New Property Destination

    JAKARTA – On Friday 2nd October 2015, MNC Group, Indonesia’s leading investment company, under its subsidiary MNC Land, signed an unprecedented cooperation agreement with South Korea state-owned Korea Land and Housing Corporation (Korea LH), between the CEO of MNC Group, Mr. Hary Tanoesoedibjo and CEO of Korea LH, Mr. Lee Jai-yeong in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

    Following recent Trump Hotel Collection partnership for world-class integrated resorts in Bali and Lido (Bogor), this agreement represents already a third major milestone for MNC Land in 2015, which has quickly grown into one of the largest property groups in Indonesia. As for Korea LH, this deal is an unprecedented breakthrough in the history of the company, making this agreement the first of its kind with a private collaborator.

    Set within the tropical forests of West Java, approximately 65 kms south from Jakarta and located on a privileged elevated sanctuary offering adistinctive cooler and refreshing climate, under this historic agreement for Indonesia, MNC Land and Korea LH plan to spearhead Lido’s future urban development by creating a new unparalleled property destination in the harmony of innovation, advanced technology and environmental care.

    Founder and CEO of MNC Group, HaryTanoesoedibjo,unveiled his vision to create a new world-class property destination in Indonesia, where the development of Lido will grow to become an iconic township of the future."In Lido, our plans do not just include building houses.     Meanwhile, the CEO of Korea LH, Lee Jai-yeong said "LH has been a leading public corporation dedicated to support housing and urban development in Korea" and "On this occasion of signing MOU with MNC group, LH along with Korean Construction Businesses shall have better business opportunity in the urban and housing development in Indonesia" he added.

    The total development site of Lido boasts up to 3,000 hectares and it will represent a long-term project involving a variety of global experts excelling in their respective fields.

    Phase one, including 700 hectares, will deliver a world-class integrated lifestyle resort destination, which on one side will consist of a luxury strategic offering, including an 18-hole signature Ernie Els championship golf course and elite Lifestyle Country Club, a six-star luxury resort as well as high-end residential in collaboration with Trump Hotel Collection; on the other side, this phase one will also offer an Entertainment City propositionthat will unveil the first world-class theme park in Indonesia, amongst other exhilarating commercial and residential components. Lido will directly benefit from the completion of the Bogor-Sukabumi toll road, which is developed by MNC Group as well and will be dedicating its own direct exit to this new destinationreducing the driving time from Jakarta down to 60 minutes only.
