    JAKARTA - Media development in this era is growing rapidly, especially with the internet. Various kinds of information can be disseminated quickly and widely to various circles.

    Facing such conditions, young people should be able to address the information in the media. Through media literacy program at Bunda Mulia University (UBM), thousands of high school students were given education by News Director of MNC Group, Arya Sinulingga.

    "After graduated, student will face MEA and the hardness development of technology. Everyone can access the same information so that the competition will be tighter automatically," he said, Thursday (08/10/2015).

    Arya said that the competition faced by students in the future will be very complicated because we cannot assume the graduates of a particular university are superior to others.

    "Everybody can access same information, so now depends on each individual," he added.

    The participants were very enthusiastic joined event which was packed with the interactive talk show.

    "This event is very expedient to motivate us for using media. Moreover, I have interest in communications," said a high school student, Cindy.

    While the Director of Marketing and Development UBM, Danny Johannes said, chose the theme of the media, particularly in the face of MEA on the grounds of science communication is important as a gateway for other activities.

    "It is important because every profession needs communication." he said.
