MNC Bank Cooperates with ERA in Property Sector Expansion

JAKARTA - PT MNC International Bank Tbk (BABP) cooperates with PT Era Graha Realty (ERA Indonesia) in order to expand their property business sector. This cooperation agreement was marked by the signing ceremony between MNC Bank and ERA Indonesia.

Director of MNC Bank, Benny Purnomo, explained that this cooperation is a form of MNC Bank property business continuity which is getting better because property business in 2015 will be very good.

"We expect the MNC property loans in 2015 will increase more than 90%. It can be seen from the MNC property loan disbursement in first quarter of 2015, which was three times higher than the first quarter of 2014," added him at the Financial Center in MNC Tower, Thursday (04/09/2015).

Furthermore, this cooperation with the number one real estate agent in Indonesia is expected to encourage MNC Bank targets in the property business this year.

"With the support and cooperation with ERA Indonesia, MNC Bank optimistic that it can achieve properties loan growth target as predicted," he said.

This cooperation includes Property Loan (KPP) in which it was agreed that parties will mutually support in providing KPP / KPR program which is very useful and helpful for homeownership process.

MNC Bank offers KPP for various types of buildings such as residents, apartments, shop houses and other property types. Loan option is also very flexible with various periods (up to 25 years) with competitive interest rate.

In addition to the KPP, MNC Bank also offers Multipurpose Loan for people who want to get funds for consumptive purposes with guarantee of their home, apartments or shop houses.
