In 2015, the Company implementationed a Whistleblowing System (WBS), which has been socialized to ensure that the procedure for submitting violation reports and handling of complaints is understood throughout the company.

The Internal Audit Unit, Human Resources Division, CEOs of relevant business units, Directors and the CEO of the Company jointly manage the WBS. The Company Intranet provides the method of reporting. Complaints received will be followed up through a special audit process or investigation.

Protection/anonymity will be given as a safeguard against possible threats or retaliation against those who file WBS reports.
