JAKARTA - Jalinan Kasih Foundation with Miss Indonesia Foundation helped Tanjung Jaya village by supplying water in Panimbang district, Pandeglang, Banten.
This water supply by the two foundations is the form of clean water, sanitation, and toilet.
This development has been going on for three months and already finished so that it can be enjoyed by the citizens. The launch was held at 28th Floor in MNC Tower, Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta and attended and signed by the Chairman of Jalinan Kasih Foundation, Hary Tanoesoedibjo. There was also Maria Harfanti, the Miss Indonesia 2015 who attended the event.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Trustees of Yayasan Jalinan Kasih Liliana Tanoesoedibjo explained that this assistance is given because the location is a remote area and did not have a source of clean water and adequate sanitation for their daily needs for 25 years.
"So we are working together to provide clean water facilities along well with Miss Indonesia to be brought into Beauty of Purpose later in the Miss World," said Liliana on Wednesday (11/11).
Furthermore, Liliana explained that this water supply is expected to be useful for 300 people there.
