MNC Play Media Supports Local Content Producers through Video On Demand

JAKARTA - MNC Play continues to please its loyal customers, after timeshift feature, TVoD, and OTT Multiscreen which can be accessed for free, now it presents Video on Demand (VOD) feature which provides flexibility for customers to access their favorite videos without time limitation.

This latest features of MNC Play is a place of video content from various categories that have been launched since May 2015 and can be accessed free by all customers of MNC Play.

"VOD service allows customers to have a collection of favorite shows such as having a private cinema in the customer's home which can be controlled, selected, and viewed themselves as they want. VOD service of MNC Play is using IPTV technology-based that such technology can deliver video to the television so that customers can easily access these services through interactive features cable TV. By presenting the VOD service, it is expected to provide added value and becomes differentiation between MNC Play and other Pay-TV operators.

MNC Play VOD contents are presented in various categories that represent favorite genres and age categories, such as Child / Animation, Fashion, Food, Music, Education and Religion, as well as short films which are usually competed in the indie film festival. In this case, VOD MNC Play cooperates with international and national content providers to deliver content to all.

As for now, MNC Play has been working with domestic content providers such as: Masak.tv with cooking video tutorials, Hijup.com which has fashion content for the hijabers, Kumata Studio with animation video to educate children and Hicca Studios which produces children animation films children which has a character named Uwa and Friends, and many more.
