Indonesian citizen, Mr. Tanoesoedibjo obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada in 1988, and MBA from Ottawa University, Canada in 1989.

Mr. Tanoesoedibjo is the founder and Executive Chairman of MNC Group, which focuses on four strategic investments: Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Entertainment Hospitality, and Energy.

In the media business, Mr. Tanoesoedibjo manages 4 national FTA television networks with almost 50% national audience share and 3 Pay TV services using satellite and fixed broadband networks with more than 12 million subscribers.

In the digital media and entertainment, Mr. Tanoesoedibjo also controls the largest AVOD, SVOD and premium super apps called RCTI+ and Vision+ which have combined monthly active users of more than 100 million, with content variety to include videos, news & articles, podcast, audio series, radio streaming, UGC competition, music, online casting, novel based stories, comics and casual games.

The group also owns various portals and news apps with total monthly active users exceeding 53 million, and operates Multi Channel Networks (MCN) on various social media with traffic of more than 1.5 billion every month.

Content production is also the group’s strength. The group produces more than 20,000 hours of best quality digital and non-digital video content every year with a library of more than 300,000 hours, owns the largest IPs related to content, publishes more than 70,000 articles every month, uploads 500-700 video clips on the social media every day and manages more than 600 talents under its talent management. MNC Group has recently launched its first MOBA game called Fight of Legends.

In financial services, MNC Group has integrated financial services from banking, credit cards, securities brokerage, general and life insurance, consumer finance & leasing, asset management and fintech to include e-money, e-wallet and remittance as well as payment gateway. Currently, Mr. Tanoesoedibjo is focusing on the integration of his securities trading app, e-money/wallet and digital banking.

In the entertainment hospitality, the group’s portfolio includes MNC Lido City, a 3,000 hectare prestigious entertainment resort in the Greater Jakarta area with a special economic zone permit. The group also owns several office buildings and hotels such as Park Hyatt Jakarta, Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya, The Westin Resort & Convention Centre in Bali and MNC Bali Resort.

In the Energy sector, MNC Group controls coal mining business permits in South Sumatra, along with support operations from hauling roads, weighbridges, stockpiles, crushers, to coal ports.

As an established entrepreneur, Mr. Tanoesoedibjo actively advises the government and the parliament on economic matters and regularly gives speeches at various national and international events. He is also active in giving general lectures in various universities across Indonesia on the subject of entrepreneurship and strategic management. Mr. Tanoesoedibjo has a passion to groom young Indonesians to be like him. So far, he has given lectures in more than 180 universities.

Mr. Tanoesoedibjo has served as President Director of PT Global Mediacom Tbk since April 30, 2002, as decided in the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in the Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 16 dated May 13, 2002.

Director 

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1961. Syafril Nasution has served as Director of the PT Global Mediacom Tbk since May 20, 2015, as decided in the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in Deed No. 49 dated May 20, 2015.

In 2015 – 2019, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian Private Television Association (ATVSI) and was appointed Chairman of ATVSI in 2019 until now. Currently he also serves as Chairman I of the Jalinan Kasih Foundation (2016 – present) and Chairman of Peduli Pesantren Foundation (2015 – present). Previously, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian National Air Carriers Association (INACA) (2009 – 2010) and Head of Division of Scheduled Flights for INACA (2010 – 2014).  

He obtained a Bachelor of Economics in 1985 from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Perbanas (STIE Perbanas).

CHRISTOPHORUS TAUFIK SISWANDI 
Director

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1967. Christophorus Taufik Siswandi has served as Director of PT Global Mediacom Tbk since July 27, 2015, as decided in the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in Deed No. 95 dated July 27, 2015. Currently, he also serves as Commissioner of PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk, Commissioner of PT MNC Energi and Commissioner of PT Bhakti Coal Resources.

His experience in the legal field includes several important positions, namely Senior Vice President Legal Counsel Group of CEO at PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (2011-2015), Legal Deputy Director and Corporate Secretary at PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk (2005-2008) and Legal General Manager of PT Natrindo Telepon Selular (Axis) (2005). He also served as Corporate Lawyer at PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk (1999-2005), Manager of Plant Property Acquisition (1998-1999) and Lawyer (1996-1998). He was also a Legal Supervisor at PT Jan Darmadi Corporation (1993-1996).

He earned his Bachelor of Laws in 1992, majoring in Civil Law from Trisakti University.

RUBY PANJAITAN
Director

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1969. Ruby Panjaitan has served as Director of PT Global Mediacom Tbk since August 11, 2020, as decided in the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in Deed No. 55 dated August 11, 2020. Currently he also serves as Director of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk, Commisioner of PT Nusantara Vision, President Commissioner of PT Mediacitra Indostar, Commissioner of PT MNC Televisi Network, President Commissioner of PT MNC Aladin Indonesia, and Commissioner of PT Infokom Elektrindo.

He served as Director of PT Media Nusantara Informasi (2008-2009), Director of PT MNC Televisi Indonesia (2009-2018), and Director of PT MNC Televisi Network (2017 – 2018). Previously, he has more than 12 years of simultaneous experience in Deloitte Touche Tomatsu Auditing Firm Indonesia. 

He holds a Masters in Management (MM/MBA) from IPMI International Business School Indonesia, after earning a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of North Sumatra.

He is registered as a member of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants. He holds an Indonesian Chartered Account (CA) and State Register of Accountants (RNA) certificates, Australia Fellow Certified Public Accountant (FCPA), and Asean CPA. He also holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and an Associated Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) degree from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA), United Kingdom. He is also registered as a member of the Association of Indonesian Tax Lawyers and Advocates.

INDRA PUDJIASTUTI PRASTOMIYONO
Director

Indonesian citizen, born in Surabaya. Indra Pudjiastuti Prastomiyono served as Director of PT Global Mediacom Tbk since April 23, 2008, as decided in the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 23, 2008 and stated in Deed No. 02 dated May 02, 2008. 

Prior to joining the Company, she worked at Citibank Indonesia as Credit Risk & Operations Director and HR Director (2001 - 2008), Principal Consultant of Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC Indonesia) in 1997-2000, GM Learning & Development of PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk and Researched Assistance at Notre Dame University Indiana, United States in 1993-1994. 

In the beginning of her career, she served as Product Manager and R&D Manager at PT Kemfoods, Jakarta and continued as General Manager of Public Training Division at PPM Management Education Institute, Jakarta who actively participated as a speaker and trainer in various seminars including Leadership & Human Resources Management (HRM) held at universities or Public Forums.

She obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1992 from Strathclyde Graduate Business School (SGBS), Glasgow, United Kingdom, majoring in Marketing. 

She has been very passionate in developing youngster to grow to be leaders and active to be guest speaker in many Leadership Seminars to share her experiences on people management and leadership issues and challenges for universities students. In June 2022, she was awarded by Seven Media Asia Awards 2022 as one of the “The Best Inspirational Change Leader 2022”.
