RCTI Achieves 3 Awards in Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction

Jakarta - Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI) proves its performance as an Indonesian favorite television station that has high quality programs.

This year, RCTI achieves 3 awards for its programs from Australia’s market research company, Roy Morgan, as a TV News and Current Affairs Program of the Year for “Seputar Indonesia”, Drama Series Program of the Year for “Tukang Bubur Naik Haji” and TV Music/Entertainment Program of the Year for “Dahsyat”. Those programs, according to Roy Morgan survey, have the highest audience interests.

Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards 2015 was held at the Financial Hall, CIMB Niaga Tower, Jakarta, on 15th April 2015. “We were grateful for the Roy Morgan Awards. This is the third award for ‘Tukang Bubur Naik Haji’ and the second for ‘Dahsyat’.” said RCTI EVP of Programming and Production, Dini Putri.

Editor in Chief of RCTI, Arya Sinulingga, stated this award shows that “Seputar Indonesia” is trusted by television audiences in Indonesia as a program which presents accurate news and consistently encourages the importance of Indonesian people. "So we dedicate this award also for Indonesian peoples," said Arya.

“Seputar Indonesia”, according to Arya, is the flagship of news program on RCTI so that it will continue to provide the best news for Indonesia. "For us, evening is the prime time for news so we definitely broadcast the best and fastest news to public," he explained. In 2013, 3 of RCTI programs also won some awards from Roy Morgan.

As we known, Roy Morgan is Australia’s largest independent research company for more than 70 years. Their expertise to assess a product or service through customer satisfaction has been known by global companies in various industries.
